My name is Brianna Huston, and I am the founder and CEO of Achieve massage. I obtained my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science of Massage Therapy in 2012. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Massage, and incorporate other therapeutic modalities to aid in injury recovery and rehabilitation. I have extensive experience working one-on-one with triathletes during training regimens and post-race recovery. I also work on a part-time basis with intercollegiate athletes at the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department.
My deep-seated passion as a licensed massage therapist is to use my expertise in the sports field to help athletes of all calibers and ages recover and rehabilitate from injuries and enjoy the overall health benefits of massage therapy. Although my niche specialty is in athletically-focused massage, I do not work exclusively with athletes—my client base includes many individuals simply looking to better their overall wellness through customized massage treatment.
Personalized Consultations with a Certified Massage Therapist
My goal at Achieve Massage is to provide every client with a tailor-made, enjoyable massage treatment that will result in concrete, noticeable results. Whether you’re suffering from a sore back or a stiff neck, I’ll draw from a wide range of techniques to create an ultra-specific program to directly target your unique physical conditions.
Massage therapy can be used as an alternative or supplement to medical, holistic, and naturopathic remedies. Before I begin your massage treatment, I will consult with you to ensure your treatment complements your existing fitness regimens and treatments from other health care practitioners.
If you’d like further details about scheduling a massage or a consultation, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me at (608)501-9610.
Experience Massage Like Never Before
While my mission is to increase your athletic performance and physical well-being through massage therapy, that doesn’t mean I skimp on the extravagance of the spa experience. Massage therapy should be a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The moment your session begins, you will be pampered in an inviting, relaxing atmosphere.
Massage Therapy For Athletes
Strenuous, regular physical training and exercise takes its toll on the body. Massage therapy is an established practice that involves the hands-on manipulation of soft tissues to improve physical health by alleviating pain, tension, and stress in the body. Routine massage therapy is an effective way to:
Reduce muscle fatigue and stiffness
Shorten recovery time
Massage therapy is also associated with a host of additional physical benefits, such as improved mood, reduced stress, increased alertness, and more.
Some examples of the specific ailments and medical conditions I treat include (but are not limited to):
IT band syndrome
